DropStop is a product discovery tool for dropshippers. We do not directly sell or fulfill any products ourselves. All purchases are made through third-party platforms such as IndiaMart, Roposo Clout, and SourceInfi.

1. Product Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please reach out directly to the supplier you purchased from. Each supplier has its own return/refund process and policies.

2. DropStop’s Role

DropStop does not process, ship, or manage product returns. We simply connect you to suppliers and help you make informed product choices. We are not liable for disputes related to product quality, shipping, or refunds.

Since DropStop does not collect payment or ship products, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. All monetary transactions happen through the respective supplier platforms.
